FloatComplexLowerTriMatrix Class

Class FloatComplexLowerTriMatrix represents a lower triangular matrix of single-precision complex numbers. A lower triangular matrix is a square matrix with all elements above the main diagonal equal to zero.

Remarks
The matrix is stored in a vector row by row. For efficiency, zero elements are not stored. For example, the following 5 by 5 lower triangular matrix:

is stored in a data vector v as:
