Parameters

A FloatComplexLowerTriMatrix: A lower triangular matrix.
B FloatComplexLowerTriMatrix: A lower triangular matrix.

Return Value

Boolean
True if the matrices have different dimensions, or have different values; otherwise, false.

Remarks

The comparison of the values is done using operator== for FloatComplex types. Therefore, the values of the matrices must be exactly equal for this method to return false.
