The ProcessCapability type exposes the following members.

 | CI95 | Confidence interval that 95% of the time the process mean will reside within this given interval. |
| Cp | Process capability. |
| Cpk | Process capability index. |
| Cpm | Taguchi capability index. |
| IQR | Interquartile range using the Minitab interpolation method. |
| ProcessSigma | Estimate of the process standard deviations used to compute Cp, Cpk, and Cpm. |
