A  FloatComplexUpperTriMatrix
A lower triangular matrix.

Return Value

FloatComplexLowerTriMatrix
The transpose of the given matrix. The transpose of a lower triangular matrix is an upper triangular matrix.
Remarks
No data is copied. The returned matrix references the same data as the given matrix.
