using the specified format.

- formatString String
- Format string used to format the matrix values.
Return Value
StringA string containing the formatted matrix values.
Remarks
The string format is:
lb ub rows x columns [ matrix values, one space between cells and two between rows ]
where
lb is the lower bandwidth and
ub is
the upper bandwidth. Zero values are printed.
