DoubleCsrSparseMatrixTransposeAdd(DoubleCsrSparseMatrix, DoubleCsrSparseMatrix, Double) Method

Computes the sum of the transpose of one sparse matrix with a scalar multiple another sparse matrix. Performs the operation C = A' + beta*B, where ' denotes transpose and C[i,j] = A[j,i] + B[i,j].
