DoubleComplexBandMatrix
A banded matrix C where C[i,j] = A[i,j] / B[i,j].

Exceptions

Exception	Condition
MismatchedSizeException	Thrown if the two matrices do not have the same dimensions. This exception is also thrown if the upper and lower bandwidths of the operands are such that division of a non-zero element by a zero element would occur. This will be the case if the upper bandwidth of A is greater than the upper bandwidth of B, or the lower bandwidth of A is greater than the lower bandwidth of B.

Remarks

The lower/upper bandwidths of the result is the lesser of the lower/upper bandwiths of the operands.
