PolynomialEquality Operator

Tests for equality of two polynomials. Two polynomials are equal if their coefficient vector have the same dimensions and all values are equal.

Parameters

p Polynomial: The left-hand polynomial.
q Polynomial: The right-hand polynomial.

Return Value

Boolean
True if the coefficient vectors of the polynomial are of the same dimension and contain the same values, or if both vectors are null; otherwise, false.

Remarks

The comparison of the values is done using operator== for doubles. Therefore, the values of the coefficient vectors must be exactly equal for this method to return true.
