Tests for inequality of two upper triangular matrices. Two matrices are equal if they have the same dimensions and all values are equal.

Parameters

A FloatUpperTriMatrix: an upper triangular matrix.
B FloatUpperTriMatrix: an upper triangular matrix.

Return Value

Boolean
True if the matrices have different dimensions, or have different values; otherwise, false.

Remarks

The comparison of the values is done using operator== for floats. Therefore, the values of the matrices must be exactly equal for this method to return false.
