Returns a formatted string representation of this matrix. Numbers are displayed using the specified format.

A string containing the formatted matrix values.

Remarks

The string format is:

rows x columns [ matrix values row by row ]

Example

A 4 x 4 symmetric matrix that looks like this:

| 0 4 7 9 |
| 4 1 5 8 |
| 7 5 2 6 |
| 9 8 6 3 |

would be converted to this string using formatString of "F1"

4x4 [ 0.0 4.0 7.0 9.0  4.0 1.0 5.0 8.0  7.0 5.0 2.0 6.0  9.0 8.0 6.0 3.0 ]
