Remarks
The string format is:
[number of rows]x[number of columns] [ matrix values row by row]
A space is placed between rows. Each number is formatted using
Double.ToString(formatString) where formatString is the passed parameter.
Example
For example, with format string of
"C"2x2 [ ($1.00,$0.00) ($2.00,($1.20)) ($3.30,$0.00) ($4.00,$3.13) ]
A space is placed between rows.
