Imports a data frame from the given text file.

Exceptions

Exception	Condition
NMathException	Thrown if an I/O error is encountered, or if the file is in the wrong format.

Remarks

The text file is assumed to contain column headers and row keys. Column data is assumed to be tab delimited.
