| BoundedVariableProblemAddUpperBound(Int32, Double, Double) Method |
Adds an upper bound constraint on the variable at the given index.
Namespace: CenterSpace.NMath.CoreAssembly: NMath (in NMath.dll) Version: 7.4
Syntax public void AddUpperBound(
int variableIndex,
double upperBound,
double tolerance
)
Public Sub AddUpperBound (
variableIndex As Integer,
upperBound As Double,
tolerance As Double
)
public:
void AddUpperBound(
int variableIndex,
double upperBound,
double tolerance
)
member AddUpperBound :
variableIndex : int *
upperBound : float *
tolerance : float -> unit
Parameters
- variableIndex Int32
- The zero-based index of the variable to which the
constraint is applied.
- upperBound Double
- The value of the upper bound for the variable.
- tolerance Double
- The tolerance for determining whether or not this
constraint is satisfied at a particular point. For
example the equality constraint
c(x) = 0 will be considered to be satisfied at a point x0
if |c(x0)| < Tolerance, and a inequality constraint
c(x) >= 0 will be considered to be satisfied at a point x0
if c(x0) >= -tolerance_.
