Constructs a OneSampleZTest instance using the given column of sample data, and the given population parameters.

Parameters

data  IDFColumn
A column of observed values.
mu0  Double
The population mean.
sigma  Double
The population standard deviation.
Exceptions
ExceptionCondition
InvalidArgumentException Thrown if data does not contain numeric data, or has length of zero after removing missing values.
Remarks
The sample mean and sample size are computed from the given column. Missing values are ignored. The alpha level is set to the current value specified by the static DefaultAlpha property; the form of the hypothesis test is set to the current DefaultType.
