| FloatVectorAdd(FloatVector, FloatVector, FloatVector) Method |
Adds two vectors and puts the result into a third vector.
Namespace: CenterSpace.NMath.CoreAssembly: NMath (in NMath.dll) Version: 7.4
Syntax public static void Add(
FloatVector u,
FloatVector v,
FloatVector w
)
Public Shared Sub Add (
u As FloatVector,
v As FloatVector,
w As FloatVector
)
public:
static void Add(
FloatVector^ u,
FloatVector^ v,
FloatVector^ w
)
static member Add :
u : FloatVector *
v : FloatVector *
w : FloatVector -> unit
Parameters
- u FloatVector
- A vector.
- v FloatVector
- A vector.
- w FloatVector
- A vector to hold the result.
Exceptions Remarks
This method is provided as an alternative to the standard two-parameter
Add() method. The third passed vector holds the result of adding
the first two vectors:
No new memory is allocated. This increases efficiency for repeated operations,
such as within loops.
