Return Value

A string containing the formatted matrix values.

Remarks

The string format is:
CopyC#
rows x columns [ matrix values row by row ]
 Zero values are printed.

Examples

A 4 x 4 upper triangular matrix that looks like this:

|  0  0  0  10 |
 would be converted to this string:
