Remarks
The half bandwidth of the result is the lesser of the half
bandwiths of the operands.
Exceptions

| CenterSpace.NMath.Core..::.MismatchedSizeException | Thrown if the two matrices do not have the same dimensions. This exception is also thrown if the half bandwidths of the operands are such that division of a non-zero element by a zero element would occur. This will be the case if the half bandwidth of A is greater than the half bandwidth of B. |
