Return Value

A string containing the formatted matrix values.

Remarks

The string format is:
CopyC#
rows x columns [ matrix values row by row ]
 Zero values are printed.

Examples

A 4 x 4 lower triangular matrix that looks like this:

|  2  3  0  0  |
|  4  5  6  0  |
|  7  8  9  10 |
 would be converted to this string:
