Tests for equality of two symmetric banded matrices. Two matrices are equal if they have the same dimensions, and half bandwidths, and all values are equal.

Return Value

False if the matrices have the different dimensions, different half bandwidths, or have different values.

Remarks

The comparison of the values is done using operator== for doubles. Therefore, the values of the matrices must be exactly equal for this method to return false.
